Fiesta Catering is a full-service catering company based on the traditions of La Fiesta Cantina and Restaurant established in 1963 by my grandfather Sam Castillo Sr.
Over 50 years later, I am proud to offer the same dedication to customer service our family has passed down through the generations. Whether it’s a small home party or a large wedding or corporate event, Fiesta Catering’s dedicated staff can grow with your needs.
Fiesta Catering uses only the freshest ingredients and offers a wide variety of menu choices for your event. Our menu choices aren’t just limited to the great traditional La Fiesta Tex-Mex fare such as fajitas, chili con queso, tacos, and enchiladas – Fiesta Catering also offers fantastic BBQ, honey glazed maple syrup chicken, Ribeye steak, gourmet burgers, lasagne and more. Our fresh sides are endless from potatoes prepared in a variety of ways, green or caesar salads, soups, and honey chipotle glazed carrots and other veggies. Other favorites include pork tenderloin or prime rib.
